These first few weeks of school probably have been my busiest weeks at the beginning of any semester. I figure that now is as good a time as ever to update my blog on what's happening. To give you an idea of how long it's been since I updated my blog, I hadn't yet rediscovered Ariane Moffatt's music when I'd written my last blog entry.
During the first week of school I didn't participate in the main initiation events for the new computer science students. But in my defense I did do the "Bar Tour" ("Tournée des bars") which was lots of fun. I also went to a concert featuring cover bands for Metallica and Green Day in which I participated in the mashing efforts by the crowd.
I'm glad that I have been signed on for an online web project which promises to be exciting. I also recently got myself some new contact lenses which should be more comfortable than my old ones. It's a nice change to actually see well. :)
I recently had a slight biking accident. I was thrown clear from my bike and I only got a scratch on my forearm while falling. Considering that falling off a bike at full speed is a violent business, this is a major feat.
This morning I woke up and I realized that I was lying on my back. This never happens. Is it possible that I've done the impossible and went to sleep while lying on my back. I'm starting my day with a nice and early start which is always nice...
