I recently finished watching the entire series of Frasier and I felt I could tackle the show Cheers. I thought it would be nice to see the origin of Frasier Crane.
All in all, the show is decent, but I have a soft spot for Frasier. I also like more characters from Frasier than in Cheers. Diane is not believable as a smart person.
I would definitely put Norm as my favourite character, down to earth and not forced.
Enough about that.
It seems official now. I read an interview with Mark Hamel, and he confirmed that episodes VII, VIII and IX were on George Lucas' mind. Whether or not Disney is going to go ahead and make those movies is another question but there are definitely future movies to look forward to.
The only situation where I would feel cheated would be if they decided to water down the series and make animated movies. That would be the worse creative decision they could make. Hopefully they won't do this.
I also definitely don't want to see a Starwars movie that resembles "The Avengers", that movie has no plot, just boring non stop action. Unfortunately Disney doesn't have a good track record when making movies aimed at older audiences. Sure Pirates is pretty good, but still on the cartoony side.
Anyways, I'm talking into air for now. I'll wait for a movie annoncement before I worry too much.
