Flash to the Past |

I was just thinking about this a few minutes ago. Approximately 10 years ago, I was biking on the main street of Roland Therrien against the flow of traffic during rush hour.
Let's just contemplate that for a moment...
I can't remember the last time I went against the flow of traffic on a main street. I guess I've changed slowly but surely. I make more calculated risks.
My friend Gabriel recounted a feat I managed to pull off on bike. The funny thing about it is that I didn't remember doing that, but I trust that it's a truthful story, it sure fits my profile, of that time in my life. Apparently I was going down hill and lost control of my bike and tried to use my brakes, like so many other times, I was ineffective. I stopped the bike but my body continued over the bike and I continued running. I'm pretty sure it was slightly painful going over the bike because it wasn't a clean clearing of the bike.
Just a flash to the past. Stay tuned for more tales of my biking days.
Peace out!
